Please review carefully our updated policies effective October 1, 2024. Our Cancellation and Refund policies have changed for the 2025 season.
DEPOSIT + PAYMENT:
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Final payment must be made 90 days prior to arrival. Taxes, gratuities (15% is customary) and gift shop purchases etc, will be settled at time of checkout.
Accepted forms of payment: Personal Checks, Debit or Credit Cards
CANCELLATION + REFUNDS:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your stay. The deposit is refundable (less a 10% admin fee) if the cancellation is notified more than 90 days prior to arrival and a new reservation is secured for your cabin. The final balance (50% of total stay) is due 90 days prior to arrival and is not refundable.
No refunds or credit given for shortened stays or early departures. This policy also applies to reduction in guest numbers within cabins after time of final payment.
Please note: We highly suggest purchasing trip insurance for your visit to the R Lazy S. Here are a few providers to consider. We recommend also checking with your credit card company about what trip insurance benefits they provide if you book using their card.

RIDING POLICY:
To ensure the health and safety of both our horses and riders, the R Lazy S has a riding weight limit policy of 250 lbs.
We reserve the right to restrict certain riders from specific trails, some or all riding due to weight, riding ability, physical ability, or if we feel it is unsafe for you or others. Management and wrangler discretion is final.
We also reserve the right to make horse changes, not offer certain trail rides, or cancel programs due to weather conditions, horse health, and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
Riding restrictions do not qualify any guests for discounts or refunds.
ADDITIONAL:
Minimum Stay: One week (Sunday to Sunday)
Minimum Age: 7 Years
Pets: For the safety and consideration of guests and crew throughout the season, we cannot accommodate pets.
During Stay Cabin Change: Cabin change requests made during your stay will include a cleaning/turnover fee ($100) and are subject to availability.
